Over the years, 55 batches of men and 2 batches of women police constables have been trained successfully and they are rendering excellent service for the Maharashtra Police Department. Established with a vision to meet the evolving challenges of modern policing, the Centre provides comprehensive training to newly recruited police constables, home guards, Maharashtra security force and other police units’ personnel. The training curriculum emphasizes discipline, physical and mental preparedness, moral values, legal knowledge and the responsible use of modern policing technologies.
With state-of-the-art infrastructure, experienced instructors and a commitment to excellence, The Police Training Centre, Marol ensures that every trainee emerges as a competent, confident and community-conscious member of the Maharashtra Police Force.
